Der hellgelbe Chardonnay mit seinen goldgelben Reflexen schmeichelt der Nase mit den warmen, reifen Aromen von Quitte, Birne und Honig und einer leicht würzigen Note. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich sehr ausgewogen und verrät damit den hohen Anteil von Muschelkalk im Boden. Eine mineralische, gut eingebundene Säure und leichte Zitrusaromen im Abgang verleihen ihm Frische und Länge.
