Dieser elegante, zartgelbe Riesling verströmt im ersten Moment des Hinein-Schnupperns den frischen, etwas herben Duft von Grapefruit, Zitrone und grünem Apfel. Erst allmählich entfaltet das komplexe Bukett seine ganze Fülle: zunächst mit dem exotischen Duft von Ananas, dann mit den charakteristischen gelben Früchten Aprikose und Pfirsich, untermalt von einem Hauch Brioche. Am Gaumen werden diese Aromen von einer gut eingebundenen, für Kalkböden typischen, mineralischen Säure getragen, im Abgang dominieren frische Zitrusnoten den komplexen Körper.
