Schon beim Eingießen unserer Scheurebe steigt eine Fülle von Fruchtaromen auf. Mit einer Mischung aus einem exotischen Duft nach Maracuja und heimischen Früchten wie rote Johannisbeere und Cassis macht die Nase Lust auf den ersten Schluck Wein. Der Gaumen hält, was die Nase verspricht mit einem angenehm ausgewogenen, fruchtigen Geschmack und einer dezenten, leicht mineralischen Säurestruk. Und selbst im langen Abgang hallt die fruchtige Exotik noch nach!

Auch in diesem Jahr betört unser Gewürztraminer wieder mit seinem ausgeprägten, aber zarten Rosenduft. Diese typische Komponente setzt sich auch im Geschmack fort und wird von dezenten Noten nach Quitte, Bitterorange und Veilchen getragen. Sehr harmonisch und ausgewogen im Körper, mit milder Säure und langem Abgang, ist dieser zartgelbe Wein ein wahres Liebhaberstück.

Der hellgelbe Chardonnay mit seinen goldgelben Reflexen schmeichelt der Nase mit warmen, reifen Aromen von Quitte, Birne und Honig und einer leicht würzigen Note. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich sehr ausgewogen und verrät damit den hohen Anteil von Muschelkalk im Boden. Eine mineralische, gut eingebundene Säure und leichte Zitrusaromen im Abgang verleihen ihm Frische und Länge.
