Bereits die goldgelbe Farbe lässt die Fülle von Aromen erahnen, mit denen unser Grauburgunder vom Löß aufwartet: reife Fruchtaromen nach Birne, Quitte und Cantaloup-Melone verbinden sich mit zarten Röstaromen und den frischen Fruchtnoten von Maracuja und Grapefruit zu einer komplexen, vielschichtigen Nase. Am Gaumen wird das schöne Säure-Frucht-Spiel durch eine sehr gut eingebundene, vanillige Note ergänzt. Der lange Abgang und der komplexe, weiche Körper machen Lust auf mehr.

Dieser elegante, zartgelbe Riesling verströmt im ersten Moment des Hinein-Schnupperns den frischen, etwas herben Duft von Grapefruit, Zitrone und grünem Apfel. Erst allmählich entfaltet das komplexe Bukett seine ganze Fülle: zunächst mit dem exotischen Duft von Ananas, dann mit den charakteristischen gelben Früchten Aprikose und Pfirsich, untermalt von einem Hauch Brioche. Am Gaumen werden diese Aromen von einer gut eingebundenen, für Kalkböden typischen, mineralischen Säure getragen, im Abgang dominieren frische Zitrusnoten den komplexen Körper.
