In der Nase dominieren Birne und Melone, getragen von einer feinen Grapefruit-Note, die sich auch im Abgang wiederfindet und dem Grauburgunder Frische verleiht. Hier verbinden sich Schmelz und Frucht des Grauburgunders aufs Angenehmste zu einem saftigen Wein und vielseitigen Essensbegleiter.

Diese Cuvée hat eine karminrote Farbe mit hellroten Reflexen. Eine vielschichtige Nase erinnert an Erdbeeren und Himbeeren, ein wenig Brioche, frischem Gras und Leder. Auf der Zunge finden sich die fruchtigen Aromen wieder und verbinden sich mit einer würzigen Cassisholz-Note sowie dezentem Holz. Ein weicher Schmelz und eine solide Struktur machen die Cuvée zu einem runden und spannenden Wein.
