In der Nase dominiert zunächst der Duft nach Holunderblüten, der sich allmählich mit fruchtigeren Aromen wie reife Quitte und Birne verbindet, um dann mit Noten von Cassis abgerundet zu werden. Diese reiche Aromatik findet sich auch am Gaumen wieder. Eine frische Säure unterstreicht die Fruchtaromen und zusammen mit einem kräftigen Körper verleiht Sie dem Wein eine gute Struktur.
