Merlot in einer eher ungewöhnlichen Variante, die ihm überraschend gut steht! Dieser Blanc de Noir besticht schon mit seiner Farbe im Glas, einem ganz zarten Lachston. Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich entspannt und fruchtig mit einer knackigen Säure und schön leichtem Körper. Leicht gekühlt ist er auch ein vielseitiger Essensbegleiter!

Bordeauxrot mit hellen, karminroten Reflexen präsentiert sich der St. Laurent im Glas. In der Nase dominieren warme Fruchtaromen nach Schwarzkirsche, Schattenmorelle und Himbeere und eine zarte Joghurtnote. Dezente marmeladige Aromen in der Nase lassen die feine, ausgewogene Süße im Geschmack bereits erahnen. Am Gaumen vermählen sie sich mit einer zurückhaltenden Säure und Kirscharomen zu einem sehr fruchtigen, harmonischen Wein.
