Ein frisches Gelbgrün zeigt der Sauvignon Blanc im Glas und empfängt uns mit ebensolchen Aromen. Die ausgeprägte, typische Nase dominieren zunächst vegetative Aromen wie Cassisholz, frisches Gras und grüne Paprika, um dann den Fruchtaromen Raum zu geben. Rote und schwarze Johannisbeere, Stachelbeere und ein Hauch von Zitrusfrüchten entfalten sich. Am Gaumen überwiegen die Fruchtaromen, vor allem die rote Johannisbeere und die anregend lebendige Säure an Grapefruit erinnernd.
