Ein unkomplizierter, harmonischer Wein, der mit einem geschmeidigen, vollmundigen Gefühl am Gaumen und reifen Fruchtaromen überzeugt. In der Nase dominieren Birne und Melone, getragen von einer feinen Grapefruit-Note, die sich auch im Abgang wiederfindet und dem Grauburgunder Frische verleiht. Hier verbinden sich Schmelz und Frucht des Grauburgunders aufs Angenehmste zu einem saftigen Wein und vielseitigen Essensbegleiter.
