This fragrant cuvée has a light yellow color and delicate green reflections. The nose is initially dominated by the scent of elderflower, which gradually combines with fruitier aromas such as ripe quince and pear, and is then rounded off with notes of cassis. This rich aroma can also be found on the palate. A fresh acidity underlines the fruit aromas and, together with a strong body, gives the wine a good structure.
