Williams Christ Birne

This fine pomace brandy is produced from the incompletely pressed grape berries of the Gewürztraminer grapes in a complex double-firing process. It then matures in oak barrels for at least 24 months, giving it its golden yellow color. Strong aroma meets palate-pleasing, soft finish.

For generations, the Hochdörffer family has been producing fine brandies from their own fully ripe mirabelle plums using a double distillation process. The intense scent of fruity mirabelle plums is evidence of this fine craftsmanship.  The several years of storage make this spirit particularly soft in the finish.
