The Riesling grapes for this sparkling wine were selectively picked by hand, pressed and processed particularly gently. In traditional bottle fermentation, the sparkling wine matured on the yeast for 6 months before it was shaken and disgorged by hand. A fresh, fruity sparkling wine with sparkling bubbles.

The Pinot Gris grapes for this Crémant were selectively picked by hand, pressed and processed particularly gently. In traditional bottle fermentation, the sparkling wine matured on the lees for 15 months before it was shaken and disgorged by hand. The perlage, the pearl formation of the sparkling wine, is particularly fine due to the long yeast storage. A very elegant crémant with fine fruit and delicate acidity.
