Brut
The Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc grapes for this Crémant were selectively picked by hand, pressed and processed particularly gently. In traditional bottle fermentation, the sparkling wine matured on the yeast for 18 months before it was shaken and disgorged by hand. The perlage, the pearl formation of the sparkling wine, is particularly fine due to the long yeast storage. A very elegant crémant with fine fruit.
