2023 Grauer Burgunder “zum Spargel”
An uncomplicated, harmonious wine with a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel and ripe fruit aromas. Pear and melon dominate the nose, supported by a delicate grapefruit note that continues on the finish, lending the Pinot Gris a fresh touch. The smoothness and fruitiness of the Pinot Gris combine pleasantly to create a juicy wine and a superb accompaniment to many dishes.
