Edelsüß

A very special ice wine: deep red in color, it is a real rarity. Ice wine is harvested by hand at a temperature of at least -7°C, as the water in the grapes is then frozen and only the grape extract can be squeezed out. Concentrated fruit, sweetness and acidity are the result and characterize this dark red ice wine.
