Ice wine is harvested by hand at a temperature of at least -7°C, as the water in the grapes is then frozen and only the grape extract can be squeezed out. Concentrated fruit, sweetness and acidity are the result and characterize this ice wine. Due to the gentle pressing and the minimal contact of the juice with the berry skin, this ice wine has a delicate rosy color.
